First, make sure that you are putting the garment on the right way. You cannot put the body magic on like a regular girdle. It has to be turned inside out to wear it. See the video on how to put it on

Please understand that we cannot make refunds, but can work with you to exchange your garment for a different size or color (limit of 2 per order) following the guidelines set out by Ardyss International. As usual, the best way to avoid problems is to ensure that you choose the right size and color, and note that the garments usually need to "memorize" your body profile over a period of a few days - for example there may a tight fit in the beginning with the body magic.

DYED OR COLOR-ALTERED GARMENTS are considered personalized and CANNOT be returned

However, if you need to make an exchange, here is the procedure :

Return the garment within 7 business days to Your Body Transformations LLC. You must call ahead to 407 927 8096 to receive an RMA and return address. Please note that garments sent to the wrong return address or without an RMA will not be processed.

Return the garment in it's orignal packaging. Enclose your name, return address and RMA in the return package.

Upon receipt of the garment, we will forward it to Ardyss for exchange inspection approval

Allow up to 3 weeks for the full inspection and exchange approval process

Upon approval and receipt of replacement garment, we will ship out the replacement to you

Customer is responsible for shipping garment to us and is required to make a deposit of $21 to cover return shipping to Ardyss International, garment inspection fees and return shipping back to customer. NO EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED if a MONEY ORDER for processing fee of $21 per garment is not enclosed. Please note that WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
